Hi! I’m Colleen. Myself, my husband, two daughters, two dogs, two cats, and 19 chickens live on 50 acres outside of Kansas City. We purchased a home and 60 acres in 2013. We slowly built our farm and raised chickens, pigs, and cows in addition to a large garden. In 2019, we made the decision to sell our home and 10 acres and build our dream home on the remaining 50 acres which we finished October 2020 as the General Contractor. We share build tips, DIYs, decor ideas, life hacks, cleaning tips, and homestead life. I also work full-time outside the home (social media is NOT my career!) as a professional engineer and enjoy sharing how we *try* to survive the hectic every day life.
